Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar , otherwise known as cider vinegar or ACV , is a type of vinegar cider or apple must and has a pale to medium amber . Pasteurized or organic ACV contains mother of vinegar , which has a cobweb appearance - like appearance and can make vinegar slightly frozen .
LCA is used in salad dressings , marinades , salad dressings , food preservatives, and chutneys , among other things. Is produced by crushing and squeezing the liquid apples . Bacteria and yeast are added to the liquid to begin the fermentation process , and the sugars are converted into alcohol. In a second fermentation, the alcohol becomes vinegar acetic acid forming bacteria ( Acetobacter ) . Acetic acid and malic acid gives vinegar its sour taste . [1]

Vinegar ( acid and other liquids ) in length have been proposed as agents to aid weight loss [ 2], [ 3] proposed a mechanism which prolongs the feeling of satiety after eating. [4] A 2009 study in mice showed that consuming acetic acid (the active ingredient in ACV) , regulates the expression of genes encoding enzymes of fatty acid oxidation in the liver resulting in suppression of body fat accumulation . [5]
In a double-blind experiment , obese Japanese were divided into three different groups according to similar weight body mass index (BMI ) and waist circumference . Each group drank a beverage containing 500 ml or 30 ml , 15 ml or 0 ml of vinegar per day for 12 weeks. Those in groups of 30 ml and 15 ml had lower body mass index , visceral fat area , waist circumference , serum triglycerides , and body weight in the control group 0 ml . Weight losses of 12 weeks were modest : 1.2 kg in the 15 ml and 1.7 kg in the group of 30 ml . Both groups consumed the same number of calories for the control and also perform a similar amount of exercise group , if the effect is not likely to be due to an effect on appetite or other changes in lifestyle. It was concluded that consumption of vinegar can reduce obesity. [6]
Cider apple cider vinegar tablets can also be taken , but not much evidence against that there is value in making the tablet version , as ACV pills are not well regulated and may vary considerably in their content vinegar brand to brand . [7]Health Risks
A report on a patient, Austrian consuming excessive amounts of cider vinegar (up to 250 ml per day ) for six years suggests that consumption of long-term dose , high vinegar can decrease potassium levels in the body , as well as reduced bone density (osteoporosis) , it is theorized that excessive consumption of vinegar can cause hypokalemia , hyperreninemia and osteoporosis [8] cider vinegar contains chromium, which may affect insulin levels and therefore it is recommended that people with diabetes should talk to their doctor. before using ACV [9 ] ACV is acidic. . in one reported case , a woman known esophageal burns after pill stroke caught in her throat [7 ] [10 ]
